Returns/Exchanges

We're pretty sure you're going to love your new Beanantee, but if you don't that's cool - no hard feelings!

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order on all Irish orders. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Unfortunately as a small business we cannot offer free returns so you will have return the item. If you send the item untracked and it gets lost Beanantees can take no responsibility for this. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Download and complete this form
  • Pay the reshipping fee here including you original order number and what you would like to exchange for 
  • Return the item: FOA Lana McGhee, Beanantees, Lower Faugher, Marblehill, Letterkenny, Co Donegal, F92 X5P2
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange

Refunds 

  • Email hello@beanantees.com with subject line 'Return: your order number'
  • Let us know what the problem is
  • Return the item: FOA Lana McGhee, Beanantees, Lower Faugher, Marblehill, Letterkenny, Co Donegal, F92 X5P2
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange
  • If you are approved, then your exchange will be sent or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

     

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We highly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All items are the responsibility of the customer until returned to our office.
