If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Let us know what the problem is and let us know if you would like to exchange or return your item.
Return the item: Beanantees, 37 College Park, Letterkenny, Co Donegal
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be sent or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We highly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All items are the responsibility of the customer until returned to our office.
